Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING INFORMATION
LeDoré Studios ships worldwide. 
Process and dispatch of orders takes 1-2 business days after receipt unless the order has customisation which requires more time to complete or we are waiting on information from the customer in order to complete the order.
You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment. 
All of our domestic orders are dispatched using Go Sweet Spot delivery services who outsource to NZ Post. International orders will be shipped Express from our Auckland location, using either Fedex or NZ Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s). 
Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country.
Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.  

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right.
You have 14 days to open a return, exchange or credit request by contacting  shop@ledore-studios.com and ship back your order to us at unit 9, 3 Akiraho St, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn, unless they are faulty. Items that have been customised or made to order are also not eligible to be returned for exchange or refund unless they are faulty.                         
Items returned more than 14 days after being received or items returned in non-resalable conditions, or with missing packaging, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send them back to you.

REFUND
We issue refunds through the same payment method you used for your order, once your return has arrived to our warehouse and has been checked.
Please note that Paypal refunds will appear immediately on your account.
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up, due to varying processing times among payment providers.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
