Do you make custom orders?
As the majority of our products are made in Aotearoa, we are able to offer a custom made service. Send us a DM or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests to discusscustomization options.
Where can I find my order number?
An order confirmation email is sent every time an order has been placed through our website. It is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all the inboxes, including the junk/spam folders. If you still didn't receive anything even after checking your email address and junk folders, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I track my order?
An automated email will be sent directly from our shipping partner with your tracking information. SMS tracking is not currently active, so make sure you include your email address on your order to receive this tracking link.
Can I update my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details on the change. Please note that your order cannot be updated if it has already been shipped however we can arrange an exchange and hold your desired item while we wait for it to be returned.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
If you're from Auckland, we also have pick-up options available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Aotearoa is free of charge.
Australia is $20NZD.
The rest of the world is $50NZD.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are handmade and will be shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we are happy to exchange your item or provide store credit for a future purchase.
For a refund, you must return your item in unworn condition within 14 days of its arrival.
